What we keep
Email for login. Session transcripts until you confirm what to save. Notes, commitments, questions, vision, raw captures. A reader agent may flag mental-health signals to suggest professional help — that is special-category data and we say so.
Who else touches it
Neon (database, EU). Anthropic (model replies; not used to train). Resend (PIN email). Stripe, only if you pay.
Your rights
Access, export (JSON/Markdown in the app), deletion within 30 days, objection. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the AEPD.

None from third parties until you accept analytics. No ads, no profiles.
